Made in Chelsea

Chelsea boots, what a beautiful creation, mine both being from Topshop (and okay I know the leopard pair aren't exactly a classic chelsea, but close enough!) were around £36, and are currently my favorite shoes.


With heritage chic fast becoming one of the biggest trends this autumn/winter, its no surprise that I, like many others have been investing in one of the must-have items: the Chelsea boot. If chelsea boots have not yet crossed your fashion radar, it’s time to take note, and possibly hang your head in shame?! Chelsea boots are set to be the most talked about boots of the season... I assume anyway! A move on from the adored military boots, chelsea boots are less fussy with no laces and a comfortable elastic gusset, and look great worn with jeans, tights, skirts or dresses (literally every piece of clothing!) updating your look for autumn/winter. 


I love Alexa Chung's take on them and often replicate the look with socks and denim in between seasons for an effortlessly cool, laid back style. Androgynous boyish looks are replacing romantic girly trends, and that means that masculine shoes and boots like chelsea boots allow you to adopt the trend with a relatively low risk approach. Comfort and style in one gorgeous boot, that sums up these babies! 


If you are on a strict budget and need to find yourself a pair of cheap winter boots or cheap chelsea boots in particular, Topshop sell a wide variety for around £36, as does Monki, and various other high street stored. Places like Zara, Urban Outfitters, Asos and Topshop also sell them, but for an increased price. If you're longing for the look but can't find any to your taste/budget, do not fear! 


Many stores are now combining trends, such as a brogue chelsea boot or a shearling military boot, getting you two looks for the price of one. Bargainous?!


The classic chelsea is usually in leather, suede or patent, however keep an eye out for unique detailing, like studding (like moi!) shearling collars, fur collars, etc!

 Me personally, I love this trend, I chose to go for a classic look, however also opted for a more out there version! Leopard print always manages to sneak back into fashion for the autumn/winter seasons, and thank GOODNESS it does, leopard print is by far my favorite print, as many of you will know if you're from youtube, and studs are also a huge love of mine, so three of my faves combined into one boot?! Sold!

I just wanted to say...

Okay so, first of two posts today... too much?! But I don't think this counts as a 'proper post', as this bloggage will mainly focus on fashion and all that jazz, however nothing of the sort appears as of yet, which is no good! But there will be soon I promise, OOTDS mostly... and trends... and thoughts etc!

However I just wanted to clear things up, you won't even believe the amount of messages I received last night regarding blogging and youtube. 'Are you stopping youtube?!' 'Will this decrease the amount of videos you do?!' 'How often will you blog?!', you get the idea! Well you beautiful lot, I am not stopping youtube, no way! I'm a youtuber at heart and I love it, it shouldn't reduce the amount of videos I post at all, the only things that could do, is sixth form work, and illness, as you should know I've just started sixth form, therefore HUGE workload, plus I have epilepsy and M.E which slows things down also, but I've done alright so far right?! It should practically remain the same :) In regards to how often I will blog, I have no idea! Everyday? Every other day? Once a week? Who knows? I love to write, and this is so much easier then filming, I don't have to be on camera! Well unless it's an OOTD but hey ho!

So I hope I've cleared everything up and you know what's going on! Tomorrow will be my first OOTD on here, exciting! But later I'll be writing about one of my favorite things at the moment, a lot of your light bulbs may have just sparked about what it will be, it's pretty easy to guess really..

Hey beautiful! I expect if you're reading this you've either come from youtube where I mostly hang out nowadays, or from twitter, a place where I never stop talking about pointless things that are currently occurring! SO, if you are from either of the two, you probably know a lot about me anyway! If not, take a look at my FAQ's, you may find out something you didn't know... or maybe not?

I know this is looking rather lonely... and plain... at the moment, but do not fear, this is a place where I will be blogging away things that I feel need to be blogged, like, every day! 'But what about youtube'?! I'll still be posting video's! Like... all the time! This will coincide with it, for example, OOTD's will appear both on here, and there, Hauls, the same, Reviews, the same, about my day... on here I should expect. This will be mainly a 'Fashion & Style' blog, with beauty appearing now and again.

I like to wear clothes, every day in fact (and I'm ever so inspired by what I see walking through the streets of London, my local town, my place of study, things sprawled across pages in magazines, etc) and I'll just simply take photo's, and accompany it with events and happenings of that day! At this very moment, four months(ish) into starting youtube, I have 8,252 subscribers, and if you are one of those, thankyou so much angel face! Wanna 'follow' me on here too?!

Oh and lastly today, (Most other posts will be extremely long I imagine, but this is just a quick post to *break my blogging virginity*) I would like to say a HUGE thankyou to coley from coleyyyful.com, what a beauty! She made all this possible, because to be honest, I hadn't a CLUE how to do this, so thankyou.
